Duties

• Support the cooking team by preparing dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils and equipment after use.
• Help with catering events as needed, ensuring timely delivery of meals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques and meal preparation processes is advantageous.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and practices is beneficial.
• Experience in catering or restaurant settings will be considered an asset.
