Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in food preparation.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of the culinary team
- Dispose of trash and recycling following proper procedures
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform when replenishment is needed
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
Qualifications & Skills:

Hours of work will be:
5pm - 10pm Thursday & Friday
5pm - 11pm Saturday
1pm - 8pm Sunday
These hours are only a guide and can change depending on the needs of the restaurant.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £6.50-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
