Responsibilities
Assist chefs and cooks in meal preparation and cooking tasks.
Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene practices.
Support catering operations by preparing ingredients and assisting with service.
Participate in food preparation for various events, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
