We are recruiting for a keyworker activities coordinator to join our team at Bramble Bay Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with a positive approach to research and organise activities of their choice, and work on their individual goals and skills.
Our residents enjoy a wide variety of activities including, walking, swimming, trike riding, shopping, socialising, seeing shows and going to the cinema, bowling and attending social events.
In this role you will be required to support individuals to evidence their goal work and keep documentation up to date, as well as supporting individuals on a rota basis to work towards their goals.
The individuals in our care are unique and require positive, creative support to encourage and promote their independence, choice and dignity.
Experience within the care sector is not essential as we will offer full training. We offer Qcf qualification and career progression as well as flexible working hours.
Employees will be required to register with social care Wales during employment.
