About this Role Highfield Littleport is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Key Stage 4 Exams, Work Experience & Transition Administrator to play a vital role in the administration of internal and external exams, work experience placement coordination, and post-school transition support. Key Skills & Experience:
Experience in Exam Administration: Previous experience in managing exam processes, preferably in a school or educational setting.
Excellent Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Effective Communication: Ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and external agencies.
Understanding of Safeguarding and Health & Safety: Familiarity with legal frameworks surrounding student welfare, including risk assessments for work experience.
IT Proficiency: Experience using JCQ and awarding body online tools, as well as school management systems.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, families, and external partners.
