Overview:
The Dunbia Group wish to recruit an In-House Recruiter into their busy HR team based in Dungannon. The successful candidate will work closely with the business to support the delivery of a professional HR service. The role will have a particular emphasis on end-to-end recruitment of high-volume roles and the coordination of onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities:
The Role:
- Be a point of contact for recruitment activities for candidates and managers
- Update and maintain internal and external job boards and coordinate with recruitment agencies where required
- Prepare shortlists of suitable candidates and present these to hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates, undertake telephone screening, and arrange interviews in a timely manner
- Participate in interviews with managers, ensuring outcomes are communicated to candidates
- Coordinate with Learning and Development team on induction schedules and assist with general set up and onboarding of employees where necessary
- Carry out the full administration duties within the recruitment and selection process adhering to current NI legislation and best practice
- Supporting collation of monitoring information for all vacancies and completion of necessary paperwork for the preparation of the annual Equal Opportunities Return
- Assist in the required collation and reporting of diversity metrics and statistics
- Collate recruitment KPI information on a weekly and monthly basis
Qualifications:
The Person:
Essential
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with high volume recruitment
- Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Ability to plan and prioritize own workload
Desirable:
- 12 months experience dealing with end-to-end recruitment in a manufacturing environment
