Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday- 8.30AM to 2.30PM (with some flexibility required)

Working as part of our Mitie on-site facilities team within the cleaning and catering function, providing an excellent level of customer service to our on-site client.
Responsibilities include cleaning of coffee machines, worktops, sinks, and other areas across various floors, emptying bins and replenishing supplies such as tea bags, sugar, coffee, and stirrers. Additionally, you will check and replenish coffee beans and milk in the coffee machines, load, switch on, and unload dishwashers, and collect cups from all floors that have been taken from the café but not returned, including both disposable and white cups – counting the number of cups and recording this is part of your role. You may also assist in the café and deli bar during holidays or absences, with full training provided. It is essential to ensure that equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order. You will work as part of a team while also using your initiative, building positive and productive working relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and continuously seeking ways to improve and exceed expectations.
You should have an eye for detail and have a high awareness of Health and Safety requirements. You should also be prepared to undergo training on all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used within the premises.

In order to be successful in this role you will need have previous cleaning experience and have a flexible approach to the role. Catering experience would also be an advantage but full training will be provided. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
