Job Summary
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the hotel. This role requires the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained.
• Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitise bathrooms.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and presentable.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred, but not essential
• customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
