Are you looking to join a dynamic team in a growing winch hire company based in Biggar, South Lanarkshire? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hire Desk Controller to help manage our operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming hire requests and provide accurate information about our winch rental services.
Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of equipment to ensure timely delivery and collection.
Maintain accurate records of hires, returns, and inventory levels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all equipment is well-maintained and ready for hire.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hire desk or customer service role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using computer systems and hire management software.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer relations.
