Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer for our client in Glasgow. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various tasks across operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
• Participate in site preparation and clean-up activities.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
• 7am-5pm (weekend work available, x1.5 pay rate)
• On-Call Rota (After 5PM £50 bonus on rota, £100 if called out & x1.5 pay rate)

Skills

• Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is advantageous.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
