You must be fully available and flexible and you must have availability most weekends. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Upsell additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with guests throughout their meal
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Clean and reset tables for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling payments
- Familiarity with food preparation and culinary terminology is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest service
