We are seeking to recruit a full-time Admin Assistant to assist with all aspects of our Administration Department. Applicants must be computer literate, numerate and experience in the use of Microsoft Office would be an advantage. A current driving licence and use of a car would be essential. Duties will include filing, photocopying, reception work, processing incoming and outgoing mail, typing, assisting with IT issues, tea/coffee making, shopping, running errands, assisting with all aspects of office housekeeping, office procurement and general office caretaking, as well as any other office duties required. There is also the opportunity to assist our accounts department with duties such as invoice processing and statement reconciliation. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and may have previous office experience. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.15 pm, with 45 minutes lunch break. However, we will also consider applications from those looking to work less hours. Salary will be negotiable, but we are committed to rewarding initiative and hard work. Holiday entitlement is 30 days per annum (pro rata’d if part-time), including the usual statutory and local public holidays.
