We have an exciting opportunity for a Freedom to Speak Up Guardian to help ensure that a positive culture of speaking up is fostered across the Trust and that issues raised are used as opportunities for development and improvement.
The post holder will operate independently, impartially and objectively while working in partnership with the senior leadership, the Trust Executive and Trust Board to support the organisation in becoming a more open and transparent place to work, where all employees are actively encouraged and enabled to speak up safely.
To be successful in the role, you will be passionate for people having a voice and speaking up. You will have knowledge and experience of the FTSUG role; partnership building and relationship management, knowledge of the speaking up agenda and local systems and exceptional communication skills, including production of written information tailored to the audience needs.
