Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This position requires a blend of hospitality skills, culinary knowledge, and a passion for providing outstanding service.
Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Uphold food safety standards and hygiene practices throughout the service period.
Manage cash handling and basic maths tasks related to billing and payments.
Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service flow.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong culinary knowledge, particularly in food preparation and safety practices.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
A friendly disposition with strong guest service skills, ensuring all customers feel valued.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
