Job Introduction
Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services. The role is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Revenue Services and Financial Support team to ensure that customers can be supported to be financially independent, that customers can be supported to resolve financial matters, and that appropriate and timely recovery action is taken. You will work as part of a small system support and control team. Since the pandemic home working has been utilised and this will be an option if you are the successful candidate. You will need to be educated to GCSE level and have A-C grades in English and Mathematics, some Local Authority experience would be desirable but is not essential. However excellent IT skills, a keen willingness to learn and operate as a small team are a must.
