*Job Summary*
We are seeking a compassionate domicilary door to door Caregiver to provide essential assistance to elderly clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through personalised care and support.
*Responsibilities*
- must drive there own car
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments or outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behaviour
*Qualifications*
- Experience in dementia care, senior care, or hospice care is desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Proficient in patient care practices including first aid
- Familiarity with case management principles
- A valid driving licence for client transportation
- Knowledge of home care procedures and protocols
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.00-£32.00 per hour
