You will help produce high-quality products for a diverse range of clients. This role offers excellent career advancement prospects, with responsibilities including various workshop tasks such as painting, drilling, sanding, preparing products for painting, and handling products on production lines. Main Duties
Preparing parts for the powder coating process, including shot blasting and orbital sanding
Loading cages with parts for dipping and priming
Emptying cages after dipping and hanging parts on the powder coating line
Removing parts after powder coating, conducting visual quality checks, and passing them to dispatch for final quality checks and packing
Packing parts on stillages and assisting with dispatch
Person Specification
Experience with hand tools, abrasive wheels, drills, etc.
Awareness of health, safety, and environmental concerns in a manufacturing setting
Basic maths skills, with the ability to understand engineering drawings and use measuring equipment accurately
Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to tackle a varied and physically demanding workload

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent These positions are based at our Vow Road Powder Coating plant and require availability for rotational shifts (typically 6 weeks on days: 7 am - 5 pm Monday-Thursday; followed by 3 weeks on nights: 4.45 pm - 3.30 am Monday-Thursday).
