Service Advisor
A Service Advisor, is a customer service professional who works at a Car Dealership . They are the liaison between Customers, Workshop Control and Service technicians. Their duties include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, listening to requests and estimating costs.
Service Advisor duties and responsibilities
As Service Advisor you would handle various duties and responsibilities for the car dealership and its customers. The primary role is in a customer services capacity, ensuring that the dealership’s customers are satisfied with the services they receive. Service Advisors handle responsibilities that also include:

• Welcoming customers and explaining the services that the car dealership offers them
• Listening and documenting customers’ requirements and passing the information to the Workshop.
• Consulting with the Workshop about the progress of repairs and provide Customer with repair updates and any amended schedules.
• Provide Customers with accurate information regarding future repairs or servicing needs.
• Advising customers about other products including monthly payment options on future service requirements (Service Plan), generate and present customer with an accurate quote.
• Introduce customers to other Dealership Departments and staff (Car Sales).
• All aspect of Service department administration duties.

Qualifications / Experience
Previous Experience in a similar Customer Service Role
Strong Communication skills
Strong IT Skills
Vehicle Technical Knowledge is an Advantage
Hours of Work
Mon - Fri 8.30am until 17.30pm
Sat - Rota Basis of 1 in 3, 8.30am until 12.30pm
OTE - £30,000 per annum
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £26,650.00 per year
