Digital Marketing Apprentice
The ESP Group are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team in Journeycall Arbroath.
At The ESP Group, you will be a part of a dynamic, fast paced, talented, growing team and provided with extensive training, a vibrant working environment and a warm welcome to our dedicated team.
If you are passionate about content creation, engagement and the marketing and promotion of business wide initiatives and future services and solutions, then this could be the role for you.
What your day will look like
This role is a vocational apprenticeship which comprehensively supports your job role with The ESP Group. Throughout your learning journey, you will be fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your workplace mentor, who will ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support throughout.
Starting with insights into your current potential, your growth will be planned in a programmatic way, immersive training employed to close skills gaps and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. The specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day-to-day role will be explained and discussed throughout.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6. There is also opportunity for career progression within the business upon completion of the apprenticeship.
Is an apprenticeship right for you?
To be eligible to become an apprentice, applicants must:
- Be 16 years old or over
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Not hold a similar or higher qualification to the apprenticeship being applied for

- Designing and creating materials as required and managing social media engagement on all relevant platforms
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the company website is kept up to date
- Supporting in the planning and delivery of campaigns for company initiatives, industry insights and product and service launches
- Assisting in market research and competitor analysis activities and enhancing your understanding of current markets and business climate
- Ensuring that opportunities with new and existing clients across the business are promoted and shared in appropriate industry and local media
- Planning, hosting and attending relevant sales, marketing and industry events to promote the ESP Group
