Job Overview
We are seeking a creative dynamic Digital Marketer to join our award winning team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with our target audience. This role involves managing various digital platforms, analysing performance metrics, and developing content that resonates with our brand's voice.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple social media channels, .
Manage social media accounts, creating engaging posts and responding to audience interactions.
Design and manage email marketing campaigns - experince in this is essential.
Utilise tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance and user behaviour.
Create compelling copy for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
Assist the current team building landing pages and websites .
Editing podcasts and producing video shorts for social media.
Organise and manage marketing projects from conception through execution, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Strong skills in social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to digital marketing practices.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on copywriting abilities.
A keen analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
