Job description Customer Service Advisor (Edinburgh) We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer focused Customer Service Advisor. You will be a representative of Warmworks based in Edinburgh as part of our inbound customer service team. To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for customer service and be a confident communicator. You will be expected to go above & beyond for your customers supporting them with tailored advice specific to their needs. You will need to be self-motivated to deliver results with minimal supervision and enjoy working as part of a team which offers strong peer support.
