Credit Control Supervisor
Position: CREDIT CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Location: St Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT
Salary : £33,000 - £35,000 (depending upon experience)
Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full time)

An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Control Supervisor to work within the Finance department based at the Head Office in St Mellons, Cardiff.
Reporting to the Income and Credit Manager the key responsibilities will include:

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Control Supervisor to work within the Finance department based at the Head Office in St Mellons, Cardiff.
Reporting to the Income and Credit Manager the key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring invoicing and collection of cash in relation to local authorities and the NHS is carried out on a timely basis.
Providing direct supervision and support to other members of the Credit Control team.
Liaising with operations staff to ensure resident fee information is received and complete.
You will need:
Experience of working in a credit control environment in a service sector.
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience of working in the care home sector would be beneficial but not essential.
