Cook for Residential Care Home
We are looking for 2 Cooks for 2 small private Residential Care Homes in Bangor, Co. Down.
We are looking for individuals with cooking experience, ideally in a care home setting. Our food ethos focuses on fresh, homemade traditional food and we cater to a range of dietary needs. The ideal candidate will need to be able to produce a range of homemade dishes and will need to have basic baking skills.
Qualifications are not essential, and we will support the right candidate with training.
The successful candidates will need to be flexible across the 7 days and will be expected to work 7.45am-5.45pm shifts across the week. This can be a full time or part time role, depending on how we can best work around your needs. This can be a 30, 40 or 50 hour contract, allowing for 3, 4 or 5 days work each week. Alternate weekends off will be provided, where staffing allows.
The starting salary will be £12 per hour, with an increase following successful completion of probation.
Please note, applicants should be UK based, with full right to work, as we do not offer Visa's or Sponsorship at this time.
