Essential Criteria
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Catering or City & Guilds 706/707 parts 1 & 2 or equivalent AND 6 months experience working as a professional cook.
OR
One years experience or more, working as a professional cook if you do not hold the above qualification.
It is a genuine occupational qualification for the above position that the holder be female within the meaning of Article 10 of the sex discrimination Northern Ireland Order 1976.
This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Access NI check.
