Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. Including Void Propertie. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites.
Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients.
A proactive attitude towards work and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
