The role
As a Change Controller, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be part of an exciting transformation across our project management and project control’s function, driving world class project delivery performance.

Day-to-day, you’ll be supporting the control of baseline changes within projects and programmes.

• Maintaining, tracking and control, including the production of associated reports and statistics.
• Supporting the development, implementation and management of a robust process to evaluate impact of change
• Support the development of an effective interface across project controls functions to support project delivery
• Support the function and business in identifying opportunities for improvement and growth

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.

Essential experience of the Change Controller

• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Experience working within a team
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with detailed information
• Good experience and utilisation of IT including MS Office packages
• Experience of following and delivering process
• Ability to work autonomously
• Awareness of project planning and execution - Desirable
• Awareness of change and impact assessment methodology - Desirable

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC security clearance for this role.
