Responsibilities
- Ensure all linens, towels, and garments are washed, dried, folded, and stored appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Assist with cooking duties as needed, ensuring that kitchen areas are kept clean and hygienic.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing any requests or concerns in a friendly manner.
- Basic cooking skills would be beneficial for assisting in kitchen duties.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
