Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a care home setting. Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to care practices.
Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to drive and hold a valid driving licence.
Experience in care home settings is desirable.
Understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
