What you’ll bring to the team

Proficient in effective communication across all levels
Demonstrates a sincere interest in working with our specific client group
Successfully passed DBS screening
Thrives as a collaborative team player
While not mandatory, possession of an NVQ level 2 in care is highly desirable
Demonstrate eagerness to engage in vocational training programs, continually enhancing skills and knowledge
Display initiative and autonomy
