Summary
All Hallows Catholic High School is a flourishing, high achieving and oversubscribed 11-16 high school. It is well known for its high standards of pupil behaviour and academic success. It is a popular choice for families in the local community each year and has a roll of 900. The February 2023 OFSTED Inspection reported: This is an outstanding school and awarded Grade 1 in every category. In addition, the school was graded 1 in its Section 48 Inspection conducted by the Archdiocese of Liverpool in March 2018.
Required as soon as possible, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our productive and effective administration team. Our school office is a busy and fast paced environment, and no two days are ever the same. As well as being able to work efficiently as part of a team, the successful candidate must also be able to work using their own initiative. The post will involve working under the direction of the School Office Manager on a wide range of tasks. Some of these tasks are regular daily administrative duties, but other duties will arise throughout the day and through the school year.
Typical daily tasks include providing a welcome reception to pupils, staff and visitors, first aid assistance – training will be provided if needed, and dealing with telephone enquiries alongside other general office duties. In addition, the successful candidate will support the school’s data management systems (including SIMS and Synergy).
