With over 15 years as a Kitchen and Bedroom supplier an opportunity has arisen for a Bench joiner to be an integral part of our team and aid in the facilitation of successful projects through the business. Job description In this role, you will be a key member in supporting our existing team. You will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and carrying out manual labour in our workshop. .This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in joinery techniques, operating machinery, and ensuring all materials are quality controlled and packaged. Attention to detail to ensure client’s projects are completed accurately first time.
Joinery experience essential either on site or workshop environment.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills to ensure complete understanding of clients briefs & requirements.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines & manage own pipeline of work.. Understanding of building and construction Good coordination skills.
Ability to interpret CAD plans and diagrams.
Comprise accurate cute lists.
Fill, sand and finish woodwork.
Confidence to use, repair and maintain machines and tools.
Full clean driving licence.
Education: Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Bench Joinery / Carpentry & Joinery, or formal apprenticeship. A minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience as a joiner, working with hand tools, power tools and common woodworking machinery. Package:
