We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to multitask and maintain high standards of food safety will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Skills

• knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktails, and beverage preparation, not essential as training will be given.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is desirable.
• A commitment to food safety practices to ensure the well-being of customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on helping others and providing outstanding service.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
