Experienced Baristas wanted - join our new coffee shop in Tuckton!
Job Overview
We are a brand new coffee shop opening soon in the heart of Tuckton, and we're looking for committed, reliable baristas to join our team. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
3 vacancies are available:
Experienced Barista: approx. 24 hours a week to include one weekend shift
Experienced Barista: approx. 18 hours a week to include one weekend shift
Weekend member of the team (Experience preferred but not essential): 10 hours
What we are looking for
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
Work Location: In person

What we are looking for
- At least 1 years barista experience
- Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee variations
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- First Aid trained, Food Hygiene Level 3, and Allergen trained (preferred but not essential)
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and snacks
- Operate coffee-making equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till
- Help with stocking and replenishing cafe items
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
Work Location: In person
