Barista Salary: £8.60 - £11.44 per hour.

Opportunities available:

Flexible shifts
Weekday and weekend hours
No experience? We train you so you don't need any!

Your tasks will involve:

Making speciality drinks and serving sandwiches, cakes, and pastries
Serving customers and making world-class connections with them
“Making every moment right” for all our customers.
Work with your team to ensure that everywhere is clean, and tidy and that the correct health & safety measures are in place and followed correctly.
Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure an outstanding experience.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in coffee preparation techniques

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
