Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalised service.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques.
• Promote salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques and barbering skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
