We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while delivering outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment.
Duties

• Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cutting ladies and gents barbering , colouring, and treatments tailored to clients' preferences.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and provide professional advice on styles and products.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to provide innovative services.
• Promote salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Experience in hair styling, including cutting, colouring, and barbering techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• A valid hairdressing qualification or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing trends in the industry.

Pay: £22,880.00-£48,197.20 per year
