Bar Staff

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a blend of bartending skills, time management, and a passion for the restaurant industry.
Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as necessary.
Uphold high standards of hospitality by responding promptly to customer needs and requests for help.
Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for both staff and patrons.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality sector is preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
A passion for the restaurant industry and delivering outstanding customer service.
