What is a Banking Hub - Banking Hubs offer easy access to face-to-face cash and banking in the heart of communities across the UK. They are owned by Cash Access UK and operated by the Post Office. Open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, a Banking Hub has a counter where you can access cash services whenever the Hub is open and whoever you bank with:
pay in cash (notes and coins) and cheques
withdraw cash (notes and coins)
check your balance
pay utility bills
top up your gas and electricity
Manage your PIN
access change-giving services (for small businesses)
Who are we? Comber Banking Hub will be operated by the owners and staff from local business, SPAR Lisbane. Therefore, you will be employed by SPAR Lisbane but you will be located in The Square, Comber. However, training for this role may take place in SPAR Lisbane. About the role - No prior Post Office experience needed, full training will be provided. This is an exciting new role and a fantastic opportunity for someone to serve the community for their banking needs. The role is 12pm - 2pm Monday to Friday. The Banking Hub has a Post Office counter to carry out banking transactions. The Post Office counter will only conduct banking transactions, no mails etc, purely banking. Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day running of the premises.
You will conduct all banking transactions for customers.
Reporting statements and accounting practices.
Experience -
Previous customer service experience
GCSE's in English and Maths
Good attendance and punctuality.
