Apprenticeship Customer Service Administrator - Warehouse Picker Packer

Chic Interiors have an exciting job opportunity available for a customer service apprenticeship with immediate start available.
Duties and Responsibilities
A normal day for your Business Administration Apprenticeship would include:

Answering the phone in a timely and friendly manner
Dealing with incoming enquiries via phone and email
General admin duties – filing, photocopying etc.
Using internal systems
Upload to the company website and writing descriptions of products
Printing and Dispatching orders
Offering information to customers including pricings, services etc
Helping the team with any duties when necessary
Warehouse duties, picking & packing, sorting through deliveries and other warehouse duties.

Future Prospects:
The right apprentice will work towards a highly recognised level 3 qualification. After completion the Business Administration Apprentice, a full time position may be offered.

Skills Required:
we are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice who has:

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Ability to be Professional
Good at note taking and reciting information
