Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After Sales Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing product information, processing orders, and handling complaints in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the management of Field Service Technicians
Assist with the planning of all calls for servicing, maintenance, installations, and reactive emergencies.
Invoicing.
Dispatching Parts.
Be one of the company’s points of contact for all customers for servicing, maintenance, installations, and emergencies by telephone and email.
Maintain KPI’s with Customer Satisfaction Surveys and promote good relations with all customers.
Promote maintenance contracts and all other sales by the company.
Use of the CLIK (Field Service Software) and Fishbowl (Stock Inventory Software) electronic platforms. Training will be provided.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience in a related role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
