We are a well-established, nationwide charity rated as “outstanding,” and our work truly matters. We’re looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll be a key player, supporting our management and social work teams in a dynamic, rewarding environment.
Your Role:
In this varied and busy position, you’ll be highly organised to use your top-notch admin skills to support our team by providing essential clerical and administrative support, managing diaries, assisting with report writing, creation of case files in line with regulatory requirements and keeping our database up to date and analysing data. You’ll also take on reception duties and support the smooth running of the office. This role offers you the chance to connect with potential foster carers, coordinate events, and truly make a difference in a positive, supportive setting.

What You Need:
Strong admin skills, with IT literacy and accuracy in record-keeping
Database and report generation experience
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative and drive our processes to work smarter
There may be a requirement to attend other locations - sometimes with no direct public transport so a driving licence and car is required

Previous administration experience in the charity sector is desirable
