Hours of work: Part-Time 3 days per week Monday, Tuesday & Friday 8.00am-5.00pm Responsibilities (list not exhaustive):
Maintaining up-to-date records of all employees and managing correspondence with candidates.
Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal details, employment history, job titles, and salary information.
Answering telephones and taking enquiries
Ensuring that all employee files are accurate, complete, and stored securely in accordance with data protection regulations.
Managing leave records, attendance tracking, and updating employee status changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations).
Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising HR events.
Assisting with the preparation of HR-related documents, presentations, and reports.
Attend all relevant meetings are required. Minute-taking may be required.
Supporting initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Maintaining records of workplace incidents and coordinating with health and safety officer as needed.
Any other duties, within reason and capability, as agreed through consultation with management.
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in an administrative position, particularly within office environment.
Ability to manage a high-volume of paperwork, letters, emails, data and maintaining accurate records.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when dealing with documents.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) and experience with PAMS software.
Desirable Criteria:
Previous experience in a similar industry or sector.
Familiar with employment legislation
Knowledge of NTD software
