Administrator

Hours of work:
Part-Time 3 days per week Monday, Tuesday & Friday 8.00am-5.00pm
Responsibilities (list not exhaustive):
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of all employees and managing correspondence with candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal details, employment history, job titles, and salary information.
  • Answering telephones and taking enquiries
  • Ensuring that all employee files are accurate, complete, and stored securely in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Managing leave records, attendance tracking, and updating employee status changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations).
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising HR events.
  • Assisting with the preparation of HR-related documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Attend all relevant meetings are required. Minute-taking may be required.
  • Supporting initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Maintaining records of workplace incidents and coordinating with health and safety officer as needed.
  • Any other duties, within reason and capability, as agreed through consultation with management.
Essential Criteria:
  • Proven experience in an administrative position, particularly within office environment.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume of paperwork, letters, emails, data and maintaining accurate records.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when dealing with documents.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) and experience with PAMS software.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or sector.
  • Familiar with employment legislation
  • Knowledge of NTD software
