RESPONSIBLE TO: W5 Operations Manager
TERMS: 37.5 hours per week. Part time hours will be considered.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the rejuvenated Odyssey Complex. Working to the W5 Operations Manager, this post will work closely with other members of the Visitor Experience Team and wider Odyssey group to provide excellent customer service while organising administrative duties to ensuring the smooth running of a busy department. You will promote a professional image of the company and be knowledgeable about the company and experience we provide.
SELECTION CRITERIA Essential Criteria
One year’s relevant experience.
Extensive use of Microsoft Office including experience of Word and Excel
Experience of working in a team.
Confident and proactive with a customer-focussed approach
High standard of organisational skills.
Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience working with financial systems.
Experience of operating a computerised booking system
Salary
£22,737 per annum
