Administration Assistant Looking for a new, permanent, Administrative role? We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to support a local company in a modern office environment. The ideal candidate will use previous administration experience and a keen attention to detail to succeed within the team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed effectively! This role will be office-based working in the county of Denbighshire, North Wales on a full-time basis, part-time hours can be offered for the right candidate. Responsibilities
Complete administration tasks for the office team.
Ensure consistent and accurate management of the filing system.
Utilise Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel programs.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the correct department or individual.
Assist with sorting correspondence, both incoming and outgoing post.
Speak with clients in-person as well as via telephone and email.
Requirements
Experience in an Administration role is essential.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office systems.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in administration and communication.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
