We are currently seeking applications for a keen and extremely driven individual to fill the following post within our Finance & Business Team:- ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT Full Time – 35.83 Hours/Week - (Monday to Friday shifts between 8am-4pm + 10am-6pm alternating week on week) £21,314.55/annum We require a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill this administration post. Applicants will have experience of cloud based software, will be computer literate and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. The post requires the applicant to be proficient and confident with a background of recruitment and finance. They must be able to maintain both paper-based and computerised administration records. Applicants will have exceptional admin abilities and will be proficient with the Microsoft Suite of applications along with being able to turn their hand to a multitude of administrative tasks that arise across the department, including providing an efficient, friendly, and welcoming environment for all service users, visitors and staff. Providing administrative support to the organisation and effective communication within North Edinburgh Childcare. All candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, particularly verbal and written communication, whilst relationship building is also highly important, the candidate must also have the ability to elicit information accurately. The successful candidate will have the capacity to organise and prioritise their own workload and assist the team within the Finance & Business Department with the smooth running of all the charity’s customer service, administrative and financial systems throughout. They must be able to integrate into a well established team of individuals who work very closely with one another. Please note that this is a highly confidential role and will require someone who has the ability to be discreet and understand the complexities of not only human resource, recruitment and selection policies and procedures and GDPR. All applicants must hold an Administration qualification as a minimum or equivalent. Applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
