We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive(Only Female ) to join our team at leading IT Solutions provider in Dubai. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound calling and delivering high-quality IT solutions to potential clients.
The Tele sales Executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customer, understanding their needs, ensuing a smooth sales process
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
closing new business opportunities within the IT sector
You will work closely with clients to understand their technology needs
Fixing meeting with customers and Cold Calling (searching for New Customer using social media/Reference)
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Experience: Proven experience in tele sales or inside sales, preferably within the IT solutions industry.
IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software solutions, and managed services.
