Job Description:
Olive Hut Restaurant SP LLC is looking for an experienced and skilled Tandoor Specialist to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating a tandoor oven and preparing a variety of traditional and innovative tandoori dishes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a range of tandoori dishes, including breads, meats, and vegetables.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the tandoor oven and surrounding work area.
• Monitor and manage cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and consistency.
• Assist in menu development by suggesting new tandoori recipes and techniques.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tandoor Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and traditional recipes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
