Job Summary: The Supervisor in the Radiator Assembly/Brazing Section is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the radiator assembly and brazing sections. This role ensures that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. The Supervisor will lead a team of assembly and brazing technicians, provide training, and drive continuous improvement in processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities in the radiator assembly and brazing sections.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss issues, and plan improvements.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues that arise during production.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, and any incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and address any cross-functional issues.

Qualification:
- At least 2 years of UAE experience
- Experience in Radiators companies or similar
- Age below 40 years
- Diploma qualification is Minimum
