STOREKEEPER
· Preparing and sending quotations for HVAC spare parts and service inquiries.
· Must have knowledge of HVAC spare parts.
· Handles procurement of materials such as preparing a purchase order, and following with suppliers. Also, to confirm and change the order, as and when needed.
· Responsible for issuance of spare parts (sale/under warranty)and for preparing related documents such as material request forms and seeking approval from management.
· Monitors and maintains inventory, tracking, and quotation records, receipts, and delivery notes.
· Coordinates with customers and colleagues about deliveries, purchase order, payments, etc.
· Receiving orders and checking against stock and inventory records
· Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
· Receive shipment, unload, and shelve supplies.
· Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
· Weekly recording of parts release from the store.
· Proficient in MS office

Pay: AED1,669.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
