Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional painting experience and a strong understanding of anti-rust protection techniques. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired result.
• Repair and touch up any imperfections in the paint job.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• With 5 years of professional painting experience, and a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Expertise in anti-rust protection techniques for metal surfaces.
• Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and coatings.
• Excellent knowledge of painting materials and techniques.
• Ability to mix and match colors accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in painting is a plus.
